3. Purchases & Payments
If you purchase any product on GhoreBose, you agree that:
- Your order represents an offer to buy which we or the respective seller accepts upon dispatch.
- You will provide accurate shipping details and contact information.
- All prices listed are in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka) and are subject to change. VAT and shipping fees will be presented during checkout.
- For Cash on Delivery, you agree to pay the delivery agent the full invoiced amount immediately upon receipt of goods.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and designs, is the property of GhoreBose or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws of Bangladesh.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GhoreBose and its sellers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform or products purchased.
6. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
